Public Worship is not permitted during the November National Lockdown. However, Private Prayer is allowed and we will be opening the church for Private Prayer this Thursday from 10-11am and 6-7pm. Please see our weekly newsletter for weekly updates. You can sign up to our weekly newsletter on the home page.
Covid Safe Worship (Currently suspended for November)
We currently open for worship at:
9am on Sundays
10am on Thursdays (Morning Prayer)
As with all public places we are required to ask everyone to wear masks and to provide track and trace – however it will still be great to be together!! If you are coming to a service in church we recommend you put The NHS COVID-19 App on your phone and we will have our own Holy Trinity QR code ready for you to scan to make track and trace easier. The current capacity under the Covid guidelines is 48 people. We hope to meet the needs of everyone with services currently running on Sundays and Thursdays.
In ‘normal’ times we run 2 Sunday Services every week at Holy Trinity:
9am: Quiet Communion
This is a reflective, spoken service of Holy Communion, in modern language, and includes a brief sermon. Adults of a range of ages love to come to this service for 45 minutes of peaceful reflection and encounter.
10.30am: Morning Worship
This a service for all ages, including children and youth. All services have a crèche for under 3’s and 3 out of 4 weeks have large, lively children’s groups for children up to age 16. This service follows the pattern below – but it is always at 10.30am.
First Sunday of the month – All-age worship (lively, accessible worship for the whole family)
Second & Fourth Sunday of the month – Holy Communion (with children’s groups)
Third (& fifth) Sunday of the month – Morning Prayer (with children’s groups)
