NOTICES

YOUTH WEEKEND AWAY – We ask everyone to pray for Rob French and our 10 young people as they head off this weekend.  Pray that their weekend away will be fun, inspiring and strengthening for all!
HOLIDAY CLUB –This year we would like to run our club from Monday 21 – Friday 25 August, however we need a team!!  If you’re willing to help out this year, please email Tim on tim.garrett@holytrinitytwickenham.org
CHRISTIAN AID WEEK 2017 – 14 to 21 May – Donations can be made for Christian Aid Week today or next Sunday, at which time Nicole P. will be distributing envelopes and talking briefly about this year’s theme focused on helping refugees worldwide.
SUNDAY SCHOOL VOLUNTEER – We need a new leader for the Flames group in week 3 – starting asap. The Flames are the Reception to year 2 group.  If you can help out just once a month please email Vicki (vicki@vickirogers.co.uk)
WEDNESDAY LUNCHTIME SERVICES – We are making some changes to these services.  We will no longer have the informal weekly Prayer Service.  The timetable for May-July will be as follows:    – 24 May – Lunchtime Communion – 28 June – Lunchtime Communion  – 14 June – Morning Prayer  – 12 July – Morning Prayer  These will be in church at 1pm on the dates above   – do join us for our new programme of mid-week worship.
ASCENSION DAY SERVICE – Everyone in our congregation is invited to attend this Hampton Deanery service at St Philip & St James Church, Whitton, on Thursday 25 May at 8pm.  This service begins a period of prayer called by the Archbishop of Canterbury known as ‘Thy Kingdom Come’.
HELPERS NEEDED FOR MAYFAIR 2017 – If you can you spare one hour (or more!) to help when we open the church to the local community during the Twickenham Green Charities’ Fair on Bank Holiday Monday 29 May, please sign the rota on the main noticeboard in the Green Room.  You can also support us by bringing or lending: Delicious cakes, quiches and cupcake creations (homemade preferred), small packs of crisps; Cake stands, trays, bread/cake knives; Outdoor folding chairs, outdoor tables, gazebos.  Please label anything you need returned with your name and telephone number/email address. If you are going away for the Bank Holiday, we will let you know where cakes and other baked goods can be left.  Please contact Fleur, Katy or Nicole (pichenj@aol.com) with any queries.
SHARED LUNCH – We will be getting together for a shared lunch on Sunday 11 June, for Trinity Sunday.  Please put the date in your diaries to join us for food and friendly chat.
SAVE THE DATE – On the evening of Saturday 1 July we will be holding a fun social and hope to raise some money for impending disaster that is our roof!! Please save the date in your diary
